In this tour you will visit the world’s most contemporary city, Tokyo and old traditional towns like Tsumago and Matsumoto. You will enjoy nature walks, visit an ancient highway and well-preserved post towns, watch the snow monkey bathe in a hot spring water, and see deer roam freely on the streets. You will take a unique and spectacular route over the North Alps of Japan, which is traversed by various means of transportations up to a 2,450 meters (8,038 feet) high mountain peak and stay there overnight in a lodge. There will be trips to a farm, brewery, temples, shrines, castles, traditional restaurants and shops. And you will have opportunities to experience Japanese culture and to meet with Deaf Japanese, too.

Visit the Ryogoku District where the Sumo wrestlers practice, go up the Skytree for a view of greater Tokyo, then to Asakusa for the Senso-ji Temple, Asakusa Shrine and Nakamise-dori.
Day 3 ~ Saturday, October 31, 2020
Pay a visit to the Meiji Shrine and walk through Harajuku district from the Takeshita-dori to Omotesando before going to Shibuya to see the Hachiko dog statue and the famous crosswalk.
Take a scenic walk on an ancient highway from Magome passing through the Japanese countryside to Tsumago the best preserved post town and stay overnight at a Japanese inn with hot spring bath.
Arrive to Matsumoto City where Japan’s oldest and most beautiful castle stands, stop by Yayoi Kusama’s Magical Flower outdoor exhibition and dine at the Nakamachi with old and preserved buildings converted into galleries and restaurants.
Go on a day trip to a wasabi farm, learn about how wasabi is grown and experience a wasabi theme foods, travel to Nagano for the Zenkoji Temple with dark underground passage and the Nakamise lined up with shops and galleries.
Travel on local bus to the Jigokudani Monkey Park and walk pass an onsen resort into the woods, following a trail to the hot spring pool to where Japanese Snow Monkeys gather to bathe.
Ride on a variety of transportation through the Japan Alps, stopping at various stations for sightseeing on the way to the highest altitude station, 2,500m/ 8,202ft and enjoy an afternoon walk on snow.
Get up early to watch the sunrise, then descend on a variety of transportation for your train to the Toyama coastline for a rare panoramic view of the mountain range and the ocean together.
Arriving to Kyoto the afternoon with a trip to the Higashiyama District to visit one of Japan’s most important temple, the Kiyomizudera and a walk through Gion District, where the Geisha live and work.
Start at Saga Arashiyama for the bamboo groves and the Togetsukyo Bridge then to the Ryoan-ji, the famous rock garden, move to the Kinkaku-ji, known as the Golden Pavilion.
Travel to Nara for the Great Buddha, meet and mingle with the deer and walk through a former merchant district where many old buildings are preserved.
Time to say sayonara, and be escorted from your hotel to the Shinkansen for your departure at either Narita or Haneda Airport.
